doQuent is founded on the core belief that content management has become the critical need for enterprises to succeed and for existing leaders to maintain their advantage. We believe that content management is headed to the same status, potentially even higher, that databases hold today in the enterprise infrastructure.

We recognize from our experience that enterprise content management costs too much to implement for most organizations and on average does not deliver the promised value. We aim to materialize this promise and expectations using insights into new business models, maturing open source offerings, and experience with commercial platforms and heterogenous enterprise infrastructure.

Pawan Kumar [Principal]

Pawan Kumar brings over ten years of industry experience leading and managing technical teams to deliver enterprise custom solutions as well as products. His expertise in content management together with the insights into open source space delivers demonstrable value for clients. He has consulted in various industries including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, energy services, and retail.

Pawan is currently focusing on establishing doQuent as a leader in the content management space. Prior to starting doQuent, Pawan consulted with Global 1000 companies including UPS, Home Depot, SunTrust, and Publix in developing custom solutions for complex enterprise business problems. With proven mentoring skills and through his team and project leadership, Pawan also led and helped green teams grow into high achievers. Pawan won several People Growth and Client Focused Delivery awards at Sapient. He is also a published author.

Pawan holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from UNC Chapel Hill and a BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT, New Delhi (India).

Manmohan Singh [Principal]

Manmohan Singh has over fifteen years of consulting experience with project management focus. He has played leadership roles in design and development of medium to large complex technical solutions involving multidisciplinary teams. His experience includes working with Consumer Goods/Retail, Finance, Health Care, Transit, and Non-Profit organizations with global presence.

Manmohan focuses on establishing doQuent as a leader in the program management domain. In addition to working closely with Pawan on strategy, he focuses on clients to help them with PMOs, project governance, large strategic initiatives, and change management. Prior to doQuent, he has consulted with Global 1000 companies in opportunity identification, strategic approaches, assessment and analysis of systems, and building business solutions using cutting edge technologies. He was three time recipient of ‘Client Focused Delivery’ award while working with Sapient.

Manmohan’s previous entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Studio Myriad - a design and architectural consulting firm, and Genie Kids Learning Resources - an organization dedicated to children’s overall intellectual growth outside the structured classroom environment. Manmohan has played key role in the growth of both these organizations by strategically developing project-portfolios and serving on the board as a strategic advisor.

Manmohan holds a MBA from Georgia State University, Atlanta and Bachelors in Architecture from India where he was awarded the university gold medal for overall merit.

Sumitra Tyagi [Principal, India Operations]

Sumitra Tyagi has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry. He has played leadership roles in delivery and sales in various verticals ranging from telecommunication, healthcare, and retail.

At doQuent, Sumitra initially focused on sales within the US. Currently, he is establishing doQuent's presence in India. He is building an offshore delivery engine as well as tapping into the market for Documentum-based services. He is a certified EMC Proven Professional in Documentum.

Sumitra holds a Masters degree in Computer Application from IIT, New Delhi (India).
